VolkerWessels once again voted best employer in the construction sector
The title of best employer in the Dutch construction sector has once again been awarded to VolkerWessels, according to the annual salary survey conducted by the trade journal Cobouw and consultancy Bureau Berenschot. It is the third time in four years that VolkerWessels has been designated best employer.
High-profile projects
The survey showed that high-profile projects are the biggest draw for motivated staff, with the employer’s status as a household name also being a major factor. Many respondents said their desire to work for VolkerWessels was prompted by good collaboration with the construction group in the past.
