VolkerFitzpatrick wins place on €5,9bn Collaborative Delivery Framework
The Highways Agency has named VolkerFitzpatrick as one of its key contractors for the Collaborative Delivery Framework (CDF), the largest ever framework for the improvement of England’s motorways and major A roads.
Collaborative Delivery Framework
Twentysix companies across 4 lots have been appointed to the Collaborative Delivery Framework. VolkerFitzpatrick secured a place in Lot 2 to undertake individual projects up to €29,5m and may be extended to €59m.
Investment in England’s infrastructure
The framework provides a cost effective way for the Agency to procure up to €5,9 billion of investment in England’s motorways and major A roads over the next five years. The framework award is the next step in the delivery of €28,3 billion investment in England’s major roads in this parliament and the next and represents the government’s firm commitment to investing in infrastructure to boost the economy.
