Kondor Wessels Germany will build apartment building in Magdeburg
Kondor Wessels Deutschland will develop a new apartment building complex – Zichorienhöfe - in the district of Sudenburg in Magdeburg. The apartment building will include 68 units and an underground car park with a capacity of 38 cars. The 1,5 - to 5-room apartments ranging from 38 to 117 m2 create 5,124 m² living space for single households and families. Start of construction is planned for the first quarter of 2022 and completion of the building by the end of 2023.
The district of Sudenburg unites Wilhelminian style buildings with a charming community atmosphere. Furthermore, the area offers a variety of grocery stores and shopping opportunities as well as a good connection to the city centre and main streets. The central station is also located close by (3 km). Sudenburg not only offers every day shops, but also an excellent educational infrastructure ranging from child care over elementary to secondary schools.
