Waalwijk DC II

The distribution center is VWLD's second development in Waalwijk at the Haven business park. It is a single tenant development on a private and closed site of approximately 1 hectare. The modern DC has a total size of approximately 7,040 m² and is equipped with a loading pit with 4 docks, a sprinkler system and an all-electric heating system. This makes Waalwijk DC II a perfect sustainable space for storage, production and logistics activities.

Coram Group

Coram is a family business specialized in the design, development and production of bathroom and sanitary products. With the lease of Waalwijk DC II, Coram will complete its relocation project of Sealskin in Waalwijk.

Paul Groen, Supply Chain Director Coram: "The new building has been designed according to the latest standards in the field of safety, efficiency and sustainability, so this will allow us as CORAM to continue to grow and realize our ambitions. The cooperation with VolkerWessels is very pleasant and we are looking forward to moving into the building next summer."

Completion

VWLD will deliver the building to Coram Group July 1, 2022. In the leasing process, brokers JLL and Bridgegap, advised VWLD commercially.
