Built to suit

Development plans have already been made together with Kern Architects for a 20,000 m2 distribution centre with ample parking facilities on site. A tailor-made development is another option. The environmental permit is expected to be applied for in March, meaning that the construction of the distribution centre could commence around the summer. Property specialists Bridgegap and JLL will be responsible for renting out the location.

Waalwijk is a prime logistics location in the Netherlands with excellent infrastructure. Due in part to this a large number of companies from the Netherlands and abroad have chosen Waalwijk as their logistics base and demand for logistics sites remains high in the area.
