ICE Robotics rents over 10,000 square meters in Abc Square at Schiphol Trade Park
As of 1 May 2020, ICE Robotics has signed a lease agreement for 10,330 m² in Amsterdam Business Campus Square (Abc Square) at Schiphol Trade Park on the A4 motorway near Hoofddorp. The company rents units 6 and 7 and is the third tenant of the complex after OTX and PVH, where currently one unit is still available.
Abc Square is a joint development of VolkerWessels Logistics Development and Delta Development Group and has been acquired by Barings Real Estate, on behalf of one of its core clients. Abc Square consists of 37,000 m² of high-quality industrial space, offices and multifunctional spaces. On the west side are the large-scale business premises for production, storage and logistics. The building was completed in March 2020.
ICE Robotics
ICE Robotics focuses on reducing repetitive tasks for cleaning professionals by using autonomous cleaning equipment such as robots and related technologies. The product range includes the Whiz autonomous vacuum cleaning robot and the RS-26 robotic scrubber which is marketed worldwide through a subscription-based business model. ICE Robotics EMEA is a division of the ICE (Intelligent Cleaning Equipment) Group of companies headquartered in Hong Kong.
