VolkerWessels announces departure of Management Board member Henri van der Kamp
Amersfoort, the Netherlands, 23 August 2018, Koninklijke VolkerWessels N.V. (“VolkerWessels”), announces the following changes to its Management Board and the management team of the Infrastructure segment in the Netherlands.
VolkerWessels announces that Mr. H. (Henri) van der Kamp will leave the company on March 1, 2019. Mr. Van der Kamp will step down from the Management Board on September 1, 2018.
Over the next six months, Mr. Van der Kamp will continue to be involved in the Infrastructure segment (NL) with a specific focus on areas like safety, client relationship management and large projects. This transition period allows for a controlled hand-over of his current responsibilities.
Mr. Alfred Vos, COO of VolkerWessels, will assume responsibility of the Infrastructure segment (NL) with immediate effect on an interim basis while a search will be started for Mr. Van der Kamp’s replacement.
The Supervisory Board is grateful to Mr. Van der Kamp for his contribution to VolkerWessels over the last 11 years and wishes him well for the future.
